Hi,
Pleasantly to look at a good photograph.
This is a female Ruddy Darter (Sympetrum sanguineum). Ovipositor is typical for her.
There is a lack of the yellow stripes on the legs.
But that does not detract from the image.

Hi Guido,
An important difference between the two dragonflies is to build the front wing.

There's your image and comparing O. bruneum and O. coerulescens.
It is absolutely O. bruneum.
Greetings wishing you a nice day
Hi Willi,
A very good picture. Great captured in movement.
I really like the complete lack of focus. This is a very good example of how lack of focus is so needed in photography. It adds artistic expression of photos.

Hi Günter,
This picture is very interesting. Elements of modern technology combined with nature, well put together and I like that. Not everyone can see it.

Hi Frank,
Thank you for a valuable consideration.
Leaving more space, the details are less visible and clear, and it's not that the documentation of dragonflies.
This is a photographic document dragonflies, their behavior and their structure.
In this image are important to me details of the design torso and secondary reproductive apparatus.
That's why my photos are not the more artistic, but rather documentaries.
I greet and wish you a nice day
Hi Johann,
Very nice photo. You chose the right exposure to show the beauty of flowing water. I have the impression that the vegetation growing on the rocks shed a tears, thus creates a beautiful atmosphere in the reception of the image.
Regards Chris
Hi Thomas
I do not think that the whole dragonfly had to be sharp. Partial blur on the wings and abdomen are the intended effects. In photography, as everything is sharp does not have to be nice - the basic principle of photography.
Regards Chris
